	Tones Fitness Suite The brand new Tones Fitness Suite at the Pontypridd Y.M.C.A. is NOW OPEN for use by the general public. Tones Fitness Suite holds free Induction Sessions on a daily basis. Please contact Pontypridd Y.M.C.A. (01443 402541) in order to book your session with our highly trained Fitness Instructors. This is a great opportunity to try out the facilities and arrange membership. Tones Fitness Suite contains a wide range of equipment including cardiovascular, resistance and rowing machines. Our friendly staff are happy to show you how to use all the equipment safely and effectively.
